Season’s greetings from the Rockjumper team!

With Christmas now just around the corner, and the ubiquitous red-clothed and big-bearded Father Christmases all over the place, we thought the Red-bearded Bee-eater would be an appropriate choice for our December Image of the Month.

We would also like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere thanks and heartfelt gratitude to all of our many friends and followers for your continued loyalty and support. You are the backbone of our business and we are truly grateful for the ability to share our love of birds and birding with you. We wish you a merry Christmas, a great New Year and a fantastic 2014 ahead!

P.S. This beautiful bee-eater is one of many spectacular species we will be searching for on our upcoming Northern & Central Thailand – Asian Birding at its Best tour (20 Feb – 9 Mar 2014, discounted to US$5,105 p.p. sharing), which still has some spaces available and promises a whole whack of other magnificent South-east Asian specialties besides, including chances for the Critically Endangered Spoon-billed Sandpiper.

P.P.S. If you haven’t yet registered for our Bird the Seven Continents promotion, which affords a series of cumulative tour discounts over the next seven years, then please note that registering for this promotion ends on the 31st December this year.
