Guineafowl belong to their own family Numididae , consisting of six species, all endemic to Africa. The bizarre Vulturine Guineafowl is a resident of the Somali-Masai dry country biome of East Africa. This photo was taken by Adam Riley earlier this month in Kenya’s Buffalo Springs National Park.
