Overview

Our Victoria Falls Extension takes us to the world-famous falls, rightly considered one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. We will also enjoy fantastic birding at our exclusive lodge on the Zambezi River floodplain. We will have ample time to explore this wilderness with drives in our open safari vehicles and sunset cruises on the massive river in search of our targets. Okavango delta specials reach their eastern limit here and targets on this brief yet thoroughly recommended adventure include Slaty Egret, Rufous-bellied Heron, the huge Coppery-tailed Coucal, Hartlaub's Babbler, White-crowned Lapwing, Swamp Nightjar, Racket-tailed Roller, Rock Pratincole, Schalow’s Turaco, Bradfield’s Hornbill and the rare Shelley’s Sunbird.
