Rockjumper Loyalty Program
In order to reward the loyal support of our valued guests, Rockjumper Birding Tours has 3 loyalty programs in operation:
1. Any guests who sign up for two back-to-back tours, we will deduct US$300 off the total price.
2. Any guests who sign up for their 5th tour with us will be offered a 10% discount off the tour price, to a maximum value of US$600.
3. A US$400 discount voucher is awarded to any of our loyal guests who refer someone who has not travelled with us before, provided the referred person signs up for one of our scheduled departures.

Terms and conditions
1. Back-to-back discount
a) this is only valid on Classic or In Style set-departures tours of a minimum 14 days in length;
b) bookings must be made directly with Rockjumper Birding Tours;
c) the start date of the second tour must be within one week of the end date of the first tour;
d) a third back-to-back tour will qualify for a further $150 discount.
2. 5th tour discount
a) only Classic or In Style set-departures tours of a minimum 14 days in length count towards the 5th tour discount;
b) extensions and private tours do not count towards the 5th tour discount;
c) bookings must have been made directly with Rockjumper Birding Tours to count towards the 5th tour discount.
3. Referral discount
a) this referral policy comes into effect in March 2011 and any referrals made before this date do not qualify;
b) this referral policy only applies if you have previously travelled with Rockjumper;
c) only bookings for Classic or In Style set-departures tours of a minimum 14 days in length made directly with Rockjumper will qualify as referrals in terms of this policy;
d) the $400 discount voucher can only be redeemed if the full tour price is charged and only on Classic or In Style set-departures tours, it cannot be redeemed if other discounts are given on the same tour;
e) the voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable and can only be applied against final invoice for the tour and may not be used as part of a tour deposit;
f) the discount will be issued to you as soon as you contact our office, which must be within 1 month after the person that you referred registers for their first tour;
g) if the person you referred cancels their booking then the discount voucher you received in relation to this referral will no longer be valid;
h) you may collect more than one discount offering if more than one guest should be referred. However, only one US$ 400 discount may be used per person on any one tour;
i) your discount must be redeemed within a two year period, which starts from the date when the person you referred begins their tour with us. Failure to do so denotes that the discount is no longer valid;
j) this loyalty program extends to our sister companies, Indri and Oryx, which means that if you refer a person to any one of these companies, you will likewise be able to redeem your discount on any Rockjumper, Indri or Oryx scheduled tour.
