We are very proud to have launched the Rockjumper Birding Blog and have already made some interesting and exciting posts, including one by David Hoddinott of a significant discovery in Ethiopia of major conservation concern. There is also a photo series of the amazing mating rituals of the Pheasant-tailed Jacana by Adam Riley, a new Ethiopia bird record by David Hoddinott, and the story of David Shackelford’s incredible feat of becoming the world’s youngest birder to record over 8,000 species!

Rockjumper Birding Tours also has a new Facebook page, and we invite you to “like us” to follow our latest developments and sightings, and also to enjoy some breath-taking photos from our tours. We’re sure you’ll enjoy Adam Riley’s latest images of 8 African Wild Dog puppies from a den site in the Sabi Sands.

In the coming months, we will be offering special prizes and discounts to followers on our blog and Facebook page, so even more incentive to join us!
