CORE VALUE – PROTECTING and celebrating biodiversity
We are in this together and resuming sustainable travel is at the forefront of our minds so that we may continue to protect and celebrate biodiversity.
Since 1998 Rockjumper Birding Tours has been supporting the conservation of the birds that bring us many delightful hours of sheer bird-watching pleasure. In order to co-ordinate and effectively implement our conservation efforts, we launched the Rockjumper Bird Conservation Fund (RBCF) in 2006. A minimum of US$50 from each Rockjumper tour sign-up goes directly into the RBCF.
Until covid-19 we had contributed $397 692 towards bird conservation. Travelling responsibly again allows us to continue our most fundamental core value.
