Andre is an excellent lead guide – extremely good with people and logistics as well as birds and other wildlife. We would select another tour lead by him in a second.
Tuomas Seimola is a great find. He’s a fantastic birder, and even though it was his first trip to W Africa, he is an obvious quick study. Tuomas is steady, personable, and funny. He wasn’t just the leader of our good group, but part of the group. We really enjoyed and appreciated him.
Heard all about the trip from the guys and they all reckoned it to be their best ever to West Africa. All the pax only had praise for you... Thanks a million for the few days we had in the field together and overly impressed by your bird finding and leading skills. Way better than I ever was at your age and you have so much patience and never stop smiling ... what is your secret?
I loved this tour, Andre was outstanding, very knowledgeable and eager to get everyone on the birds.
Andre proved to be an excellent lead guide and was very well supported by Mark. They had a very good knowledge of the birds of Ghana and knew where to look for them and how to locate them. They got on well and provided us with excellent company. We were very pleased with our bird list, with many rare and highly desirable species. The Picathartes was the major reason we went to Ghana and was, for us, the highlight of the trip and the views were superb.
